How to Use Time Clock Calculator?

  1. Firstly, enter the name and date.
  2. Enter the start time, end time, and break time for all working days. Also, use the 'Tab' button to switch the input fields.
  3. When you input hours and minutes in the time card calculator, the tool will automatically calculate the total hours worked with a break deduction.
  4. Now enter the hourly rate to get the total pay for the week.
  5. Lastly, the tool allows you to print or save the timesheet using the 'Print' button. To save the time card in PDF, press the 'Print' button and choose 'Save as PDF' option.
